1. Single-user licence
Unless otherwise stated, litgapsgone resources are licensed for single-user use. A single-user licence permits one classroom teacher, one tutor, or one parent or carer to use the resources with their own learners or children.
2. Permitted use
Users may print materials for educational use, display resources digitally during lessons, use materials in face-to-face or online teaching, save files to their own device, and use resources within their own direct teaching environment.
3. Prohibited use
Users may not share files with others, upload files to shared drives, redistribute or resell resources, publicly post downloads, claim resources as their own work, modify resources for resale, share editable files, upload resources into AI training systems, or upload resources to commercial databases, subscription libraries, or marketplaces without written permission.
4. Schools and organisations
Schools, tutoring centres, organisations, therapy practices, or multiple educators require an appropriate multi-user licence. Please contact us at admin@litgapsgone.com.
5. Digital use
Permitted digital use includes online lessons, tutoring sessions, screen sharing with learners, and interactive whiteboard display. Users may not record and redistribute lessons containing the resources, publicly upload screenshots or downloads, or share editable files.

1. Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable educational resources, all sales are generally final. Refunds are not typically provided once files have been downloaded, products have been accessed, or resources have been delivered electronically.
2. Change of mind
Change-of-mind purchases are generally not eligible for refunds.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered where duplicate purchases occur, incorrect files are delivered, files are corrupted or inaccessible, or where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, refund obligations will always be honoured.
4. Technical support
If you experience technical difficulties accessing resources, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. In many cases, replacement files or alternative access can be provided.
5. Important notes
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Sharing purchases with others or breaching the Terms of Use is not eligible for a refund.
